No Internet connection is required for a local transfer. The sending device and television must be connected to the same local network.
Do I need an application on my phone?
No companion mobile application is required. Open the receiver address in a modern browser on the same network.
Are files uploaded to the cloud?
No. Secreto Hub transfers encrypted file data over the local network and does not route transferred files through SecretoTools-operated cloud storage.
Does it work with iPhone and computers?
It can work from modern browsers on iPhone, tablets, Android phones, and computers when they are on the same local network as the television.
Where are received files saved?
Completed files are decrypted and saved locally on the television in the Download/SecretoHub folder and appear in History.
Are files encrypted during transfer?
Yes. Files are encrypted in the sender browser before transmission and decrypted locally by Secreto Hub on the television.
Can I send multiple files at once?
Yes. Secreto Hub supports multi-file batches. If one file fails, the remaining files can continue, and failed files can be retried separately.
Are received files opened automatically?
No. Received files are not opened or executed automatically.
